These Terms of Service govern your use of the AQLERO online store and purchases made through it. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Store and platform
The store is operated under the AQLERO brand and is powered by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform used to offer products and services.
Products and product information
We make reasonable efforts to describe products, specifications, included items, pricing, ingredients, origin, and availability accurately. Written product specifications and confirmed supplier information control over decorative or lifestyle imagery if there is any inconsistency.
Some lifestyle or branded images may be digitally created, edited, or composited to illustrate intended use, scale, mood, or brand presentation. Current fulfillment packaging may differ from concept imagery and will be disclosed where applicable.
Orders
An order is an offer to purchase. We may decline or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including for payment issues, suspected fraud, pricing errors, address problems, inventory or fulfillment problems, or other circumstances that prevent fulfillment. If we cancel a paid order, the applicable payment will be refunded.
Prices and payment
Prices may change before an order is placed. Taxes, shipping charges, and other applicable amounts are shown at checkout where required. You agree to provide current and accurate payment, billing, shipping, and contact information.
Shipping
Shipping destinations, rates, and estimated delivery windows are described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are not guarantees.
Returns and refunds
Returns, cancellations, damaged orders, lost shipments, and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy. Nothing in that policy limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.

Use products only as directed on the retail packaging and discontinue use if appropriate based on the product directions or your own circumstances. Product information on this site is provided for general shopping information and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
